Texas STAP - Begin Application

Ready to start your application?

Provide some information about you and your speech impaired loved one and we'll send your pre-filled application for your signature.

Once you complete this form:

  1. A STAP program coordinator will reach out by phone or text to walk you through the application process and answer any questions you may have.
  2. Your application will be delivered to your designated mailing address. Be on the look out for an envelope with windows and the Accessible Tech logo.  Please open, sign and return. If you have questions about this process, we are happy to help.
  3. You will need to provide proof of TX residency like a TX driver’s license or ID, or a utility bill in your name. You can securely upload these in this application, separately here or send them to us via text or email after you send back your signed application.
  4. STAP requires certification from a licensed professional. If needed, we can arrange a 20-minute teletherapy appointment at no cost to you.
