Supporting you in helping your clients and students communicate with confidence

We understand how important your role is in supporting individuals with complex communication needs. We’re here to make it easier to access assistive technology and speech devices they need.

State funded process

We help families access AAC technology through state funded programs

We work alongside speech-language pathologists, therapists, educators and other professionals to help their clients, patients, and students access the assistive technology they need through state-funded programs and other support options.

Our team knows these programs inside and out. From eligibility and documentation to approvals and device delivery, we take care of the paperwork, communication, and follow-up so you and your clients or students don’t have to.

Our support process

1

Refer families

Professionals can refer individuals and families directly using our guided referral form. We only ask for the essentials and work directly with the caregiver or applicant.

What happens from here?

  • We receive your referral
  • Confirm eligibility pathways
  • Follow-up with the individual or caregiver directly
2

Our guidance

We guide individuals and families through their state program application process: this is where we take over the heavy lifting. Our team of real people support the entire application process with clarity and care.

We support by:

  • Explaining program requirements in simple terms
  • Helping families gather the right documentation
  • Completing, managing, and tracking their application
  • Communicating progress so no one is left wondering
3

Device approval, delivery, and setup

Once approved, we coordinate everything. From device delivery to setup.

We ensure:

  • The applying individual receives their device promptly
  • Instructions are clear and accessible
  • Families and caregivers know how to get started
  • They understand how TippyTalk or other recommended tools work
4

Ongoing support and additional solutions

Support doesn't end once the device arrives. We help families get comfortable with the technology and offer other products or tools that may benefit their communication and daily life.

This may include:

  • Resource and learning materials
  • Personal support
  • Additional supportive products
  • Ongoing information on future product updates and releases
