The SUFS (Step Up For Students) program offers Florida families access to innovative speech and language tools through the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA) to access devices and speech applications at no cost.
ITAC (Illinois Telecommunications Access Corporation) is an Illinois non-profit governed by the Illinois Commerce Commission. They provide services and equipment for deaf, hard of hearing, and speech disabled communities. As an approved vendor with ITAC, individuals can receive the latest Apple iPad with the TippyTalk AAC speech app at no cost.
The SCEDP (South Carolina Equipment Distribution Program) provides no-cost communications equipment to South Carolinians living with a hearing or speech challenge. SCEDP is administered by the South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff.

Tennessee Department of Human Services offers a program for speech impaired individuals or individuals with developmental disorders receive the latest Apple iPad and the TippyTalk app at no cost.

STAP (Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program) is a Texas Health and Human Services initiative that provides free communication tools and resources for speech impaired individuals. Through the Texas HHS STAP, qualified applicants can receive an Apple iPad with the TippyTalk AAC speech app.
Wisconsin's TEPP (Telecommunications Equipment Purchase Program) is a State-funded program aimed at helping individuals with disabilities buy specialized equipment, at subsidized costs, in order to use basic telecommunication services. Through the Wisconsin TEPP, qualified individuals can receive an Apple iPad with the TippyTalk AAC speech app for a low cost.

What happens after I join the partnership?
After you join the partnership, a member of our team will follow up with next steps — including how to refer individuals and what they can expect during the process. We’ll guide them through the steps based on the state they’re in.
Is there a cost to join the partnership?
No. The program is free to join, and our tools are fully or partially state-funded for eligible individuals.
What do I need to provide?
We may request basic referral information, occasional feedback or testimonials.
How do I refer individuals?
You can refer individuals whenever you're ready. Go to this form here to submit their information.
What states do you support?
We currently support Wisconsin, Texas, Illinois, South Carolina, and Tennessee for state programs which provide iPads and our app at little or not cost. We are also an approved vendor for the Step Up For Students (SUFS) program in Florida, which allows families to purchase the TippyTalk app or Talkido using their state-provided funds. If you work from another state and register your interest through our form, you'll be notified if you region becomes active.
Can the tools be used in clinical, school and home settings?
Yes, our products are specifically designed for flexible use across therapy, school and home environments, allowing professionals to track progress while supporting caregivers in everyday communication.
Is information secure?
Absolutely. Once you begin to refer individuals, their information is held in a secure system. Accessible Tech is compliant with all relevant privacy regulations.
