You may need to help certify your client's application
Your clients in Illinois are eligible to receive both a brand-new iPad and the TippyTalk app at no cost though Illinois' ITAC program. From eligibility checks to the final delivery, we’re here to simplify the process and make sure your client gets what they need.
Note: only SLPs may certify clients in Illinois. Other professionals are encouraged to refer clients but can't submit support letters due to the program requirements.
Wisconsin offers the latest iPad and the TippyTalk app for a small co-pay through Wisconsin's TEPP program. We make it easy! Our team will clearly outline the steps and support you and your clients with any documents or questions that come up.
Your clients in Texas are eligible to receive both a brand-new iPad and the TippyTalk app at no cost through Texas' STAP program. Our team will walk alongside you and your clients every step of the way; answering questions, guiding paperwork, and ensuring nothing gets missed.

We’ll make it simple, stress-free, and focused on a smooth process alongside your client; guiding paperwork, and answering any questions that come up.

What's the cost of the program?
There is no cost to join and most tools are partially or fully state-funded for your eligible clients.
How do I qualify for the IBCCES partnership with Accessible Tech?
While we often work with therapy professionals, our partnership is open to anyone referred by IBCCES.
How do I refer clients?
Once you’ve submitted your details, you will receive a welcome email with resources on how to refer your clients.
What states do you support?
We currently support Wisconsin, Texas, Illinois, South Carolina, and Tennessee for state programs which provide iPads and our app at little or not cost. We are also an approved vendor for the Step Up For Students (SUFS) program in Florida, which allows families to purchase the TippyTalk app using their state-provided funds. If you work from another state and register your interest through our form, you'll be notified if your region becomes active.
Can the tools be used in both clinical and home settings?
Yes, our products are specifically designed for flexible use across both therapy and home environments, allowing therapists to track client progress while supporting caregivers in everyday communication.
Is client information secure?
Absolutely. Once you begin to refer clients, their information is held in a secure system. Accessible Tech is compliant with all relevant privacy regulations.
